A facility posts the role, date, and hours it needs covered, from the Clipboard app or the web. Nurses, aides, hygienists, and allied professionals nearby see that shift in the Clipboard app, check the rate and the location, and book it. Over 6.5K facilities and 1M professionals use Clipboard across the US.
Clipboard works differently from an agency. There is no recruiter between the two sides and no long-term contract to sign. Credential checks, timekeeping, charting, and billing are all built in, so nothing has to be chased up afterwards. Facilities pay only for shifts that get covered, and nothing is charged until the shift has been worked.
Two groups. On the facility side: long-term care and skilled nursing, hospitals, hospice and infusion settings, and dental practices that need coverage at short notice.
