Clipboard is a young startup building an exciting new service that has the potential to change how people interact with the web. We are backed by some of the best VCs in the world and while we are still nominally in stealth mode, there is already a bit of buzz about our effort.

We pride ourselves on being both fast and adaptive. We went from prototype to closed beta after our first 6-week sprint, and launched our private beta four months later. This sort of velocity is only possible because every one on the team has the responsibility (and privilege) to wear many different hats on a daily basis. For all of us, willingness to work outside your role is essential.

Our stack is composed of nginx, riak, redis, and node.js all running virtualized at the moment. If this sounds like an appealing environment, then please get in contact with us for one of the following roles.

Front-End Developer

Candidates will be proficient in all the relevant technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery). We're looking for somebody who has a passion for designing and building beautiful web experiences. Familiarity with node.js is a plus.

Back-End Developer

Candidates will be experienced in building highly-scalable systems and qualified to help lay the foundation for our future growth. Responsibilities include evolving our data store and search layers. Experience with JavaScript and JSON recommended.

Systems Engineer

We need candidates who are well versed in systems architecture and are hands on with implementation. We seek to roll our system management and monitoring tools (like puppet, chef, and munin) into a comprehensive administrative dashboard. Strong sysadmin and web development skills are critical.
