If you have registered your Clipboard email account you can check both your
email and possible email filtered as SPAM by clicking on either of the two links
above.
For people sending email to Clipboard Clients
(please read the following)
If you are having problems sending to one of our customers it could
be due to any one of the following reasons:
- Your IP/domain name is blacklisted by an RBL.
(real time blacklist)
- Your computer either has no Reverse
DNS configured or Reverse
DNS is not properly
configured and broadcast by your Internet Provider. (quite common)
- You are sending email from a country that we have been spammed by
excessively. (quite common)
- Your email contains cloaking code used by spammers to fool spam
filters.
- You tried to send to more then one person in the To: line. (Use
carbon copy instead)
- Your email was found to contain a virus. (The only help here is to
remove the virus from your computer)
- Your email was blocked because it had an attachment that has been prohibited
due to high volume of virus's sent as attachments. (we recommend
using an IM program or FTP to send
files since this way you can verify the files with the person
sending/receiving them)
If you would like to be added to a Clipboard email user's Whitelist
please use the link below to have your email address entered into our
"Whitelist".
Please be aware that all requests to be added to The Clipboard "Whitelist"
are verified by the person who you are trying to be approved by. The ip
address that you are using at the time of the request is recorded for
security reasons. Any blanket requests to send multiple names are
rejected automatically.
